Independent laboratory tests prove Aloeride® is
more potent than other aloe vera products

The following pages are presented without legal prejudice and are unavoidably technical.

Tests are performed by independent laboratories, meaning that, other than us paying their bills on time, they have no vested interests whatsover, there is no bias. All products are submitted to identical protocols but only good performers (MeOHPS >1,800mg/L) are presented for expensive Size Exclusion Chromatography.

The highest proportion of working aloe ingredients

aloe ride

Our MS/TS score is about the highest proportion of working aloe ingredients against Total Solids, ours is a product without additives [other than 1% SiO2 as a powder flow agent which cannot cause adverse reactions] and is deliberately kept pure. It being in powder form, in pills and then hermetically sealed in blisterfoil, there is no need to extra 'stabilise' the Total Process aloe to prevent oxidation and bacterial degradation.

Our negligeable PHA prevents issues of Potassium-loss inducing diarrhoea. Our MeOHPS is the highest bar few highly concentrated [called 'reducing' in cooking] aloes that always falter in their polysaccharide distribution. SEC measures Aloeride® to have a far superior Aloeride fraction than any other aloe product - therefore ours is the best immunomodulatory aloe product.

Right at the other end of the scale you see that Total Processing results in a lower percentage of smallest Dalton length molecules (65.61%). It is very important to note that our high MeOH precipitated solids are achieved via intelligent technology and not via any heat process of concentration.

Meaning that Aloeride® gives you the purest aloe vera to the fullest of Nature's design, measurably at a potency & purity that remains unrivalled. One pack contains 28 pills x 180mg of the world's best aloe vera.

Outperforming even the best aloe vera concentrates

aloeride aloe vera

We produce dedicated batches of Aloeride® concentrate as an optimal and cost effective ingredient for manufacturers of beauty products (gels & creams). You will see from all the following laboratory tests that almost no aloe concentrate rises above 12,520 MeOHPS so in this respect ours is very pure and very potent.

All aloe vera concentrates show an altered polysaccharide profile on Size Exclusion Chromatography which is why we emphatically disagree with the suitability of aloe concentrates as the ideal aloe health food supplement.

Our argument is easy to understand: despite having some 3x the MeOHPS of our encapsulated Aloeride® the polysaccharide profile of Aloeride® concentrate is not as good as our encapsulated Aloeride®.

Consequently the benefit of encapsulated Aloeride® - being closest to Nature's design - is the highest available. Note that most concentrates do not even rise to the MeOHPS level of our special encapsulated Aloeride®, yet invariably they have that poorer polysaccharide profile.

Thus the message is simple: if you want all the benefits of the aloe plant (a.v. barbadensis preferably) you stay away from aloe concentrates, and if you want the very best of the non-concentrates you will only buy Aloeride®.

The optimal performance of nature for more noticable results

aloe vera capsles

LotD WLAVJ, on the basis of MS/TS, MeOHPS and PHA, initially looked like a close rival. As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice but otherwise it looked promising.

Size Exclusion Chromatography however measured what their 3,320 mg/L consisted of: a miniscule % of immune modulatory Aloerides, a low % of Acemannans, a low % of Manapol, a low % of 6.60 x 104 Da and a high amount of smaller Daltons which probably represents polysaccharide breakdown due to heat. That 3,320mg/L is for 91.67% smallest aloe molecules.

This is what happenss with aloe vera concentrates, a process which not only disrupts the natural distribution of aloe polysaccharides (Aloeride® is exemplary in this respect) but it also damages other heat sensitive compounds like enzymes. So yes you do get a high MeOHPS but this figure consists of a predictably lopsided polysaccharide profile.

Aloeride® gives you simultaneously about the highest MeOHPS, the lowest polyhydroxyanthraquinones (Aloin is negligeable at < 0.1ppm), a very high MS/TS and only Aloeride® gives you the optimal polysaccharide spectrum of Nature's wise design.

2.73 times more working ingredients than the leading aloe vera liquid

aloe vera tablets

This fluid was opaque, had an increased viscosity and contained pulp fragments. As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice.

Anthraquinone levels were quite elevated (48.2) and would be expected to have a laxative action if manufacturer suggested dosage is complied with. SEC measures AVG to have a strikingly lower Aloeride fraction, a similar Acemannan fraction, a higher Manapol fraction, a much lower Aloemannan fraction and a much higher fraction of smallest Dalton length molecules.

It is very important to note that Aloeride®'s high MeOH precipitated solids are achieved via intelligent technology and not via any heat process of concentration (called 'reducing' in cooking). This means that Aloeride® gives you aloe vera to the optimal spectrum of Nature's own design and verifiably at a potency & purity that remains unrivalled.

The 28 pills (= 1.008L) of Aloeride® give you 4,717.44 MeOHPS in total, divide that by 1,728 (1L FLp AVG 98% pure) and you can see that Aloeride® gives you 2.73 x more as well as our unsurpassed polysaccharide distribution profile.

3.73x more working ingredients than another leading product

aloe vera product

The fluid of this compound product was opaque, had an increased viscosity (due to 0.332% Sorbitol) and contained pulp fragments (0.213%).

This product contains Aloe Vera Gel (88.9%), Natural Orange Juice Concentrate, Glucosamine Sulphate (1,500mg/125mL), Chondroitin Sulphate (1,200mg/125mL), Methylsulphonylmethane (750mg/125mL) and Vitamin C (250mg/125mL), Sweetener: Fructose, Thickening agent: Sorbitol, Antioxidants: Ascorbic Acid and Tocopherol, Aroma: natural orange, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate.

This product is aimed at the 'arthritic market' and clearly uses a poorer quality aloe vera for its compound product as compared to FLp AVG. Anthraquinone levels are high (142) and would be expected to have a strong laxative action if manufacturer suggested dosage is complied with.

As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it still doesn't taste nice. The 28 pills (= 1.008L) of Aloeride® give you 4,717.44 MeOHPS, divide that by 1,264 (1L product 98% pure) and you can see that Aloeride® gives you 3.73 x more as well as an unsurpassed polysaccharide profile.

3.1x more working ingredients than another leading aloe vera liquid

aloeride aloe vera

Unspecified species (not all aloes are equally nutritious) of whole-leaf Aloe Vera (100% stabilised), preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Citric acid, Ascorbic acid) and Tocopherol, Aroma: natural orange, Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate.

The MeOHPS in mg/L is only 32.48% of ours - this is what I refer to when I say that we extract strikingly more nutrients than others do.

As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice. Preservatives may not be tolerated by sensitive people.

The 28 pills (= 1.008L) of Aloeride® gives you 4,717.44 MeOHPS, divide that by 1,520 (1L) and you can see that Aloeride® gives you 3.1 x more as well as an unsurpassed polysaccharide profile.

39x more working ingredients than a 'high strength' aloe vera pill

aloe vera aloeride

Ingredients [usually printed in order of quantity]: Stabilisers {Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Hydroypropyl Methylcellulose), Dicalcium Phosphate, Aloe Extract Powder 200:1, Anti-caking agents (Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate). 30 tablets Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller (200:1) = 100mg (approx. equivalent to 20mL/20,000mg fresh gel).

Tablet variability at 5.4% was within normal limits. Hand filleted aloe should contain a minimum of 1,000mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids. Spray-dried aloe should contain at least 500mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids owing to the dilution with inert matrix. At 240 this product falls significantly short of that 500 mg/L normal quantity.

But note that approximately 50% of spray-dried aloe powders consists of inert matrix required by the liquid powder methodology, so this product's true aloe fraction is only some 120mg/L. Spray dried aloes normally evoke a high Iodine count, the fact that it didn’t indicates that the matrix used here is other than alpha-linked complex carbohydrates e.g. maltodextrose or starch.

Preservatives may not be tolerated by sensitive people. This product is labelled as being 'high strength' which at 120mg/L MeOHPS is far from accurate.

Aloeride® provides 4,680/120 = 39x more MeOHPS (i.e. working ingredients).

4.93x more working ingredients than the next best aloe vera pill

aloe ride tablets

270 pills @ 500mg of aloe mucilagenous polysaccharides, however independent laboratory tests measured pill variability at 28.09% which is almost three times the 10% limit set for food supplement production; the lowest pill content was 452mg.

About their claims,

a) there is not one aloe vera that doesn't have aloe mucilagenous polysaccharides

b) in respect to their 1000:1 concentration ... there is a normal 200 : 1 water : aloe vera solids ratio so AMP MolCu therefore is a 5x concentrate.

At that level of concentration 950 mg/L of working ingredients is extremely low for a concentrate to the point that it is even modest for a non-concentrate!

c) the actual grower & producer of their powder states "we have invested in special equipment which applies as little heat as possible " which appears very different from what AMP MolCu company says namely that they use freeze dried processing

d) the term 'stabilised' merely means that the powder contains antioxidant electron donors to slow down its oxidation.

AMP MolCu is a very expensive single purchase item for a quality insufficient to warrant further tests with chromatography. Aloeride® gives you 4.93 x more working ingredients as well as an unsurpassed polysaccharide profile.

Aloeride® gives you the purest aloe vera for unrivalled potency

aloeride aloe vera extract

Ingredients: whole leaf Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller, ascorbic acid, citric acid, natural preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate. As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening the liquid has a limited shelf life and it does not taste nice.

Their TS indicates that the product is a 3x concentrated hand-filleted juice and 18.96% is the corrected MS/TS value. In all aloe vera concentrates one sees a distorted polysaccharide profile on Size Exclusion Chromatography: in Morl'y WLAVJ 97.87% are smallest Dalton lengths as a direct result of longer chain polysaccharides having been denatured so only the 2.12% remainder are beneficial longer polysaccharides.

If their high MeOH precipitated solids (3,920) got you all excited, the SE chromatogram should get you all depressed. Label advertising this liquid as '99.8% Stabilised Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice' looks good but their processing has all but deflated the natural aloe vera qualities in an attempt to bump up the MeOHPS figure.

By comparison it is again clear that Aloeride® gives you the purest aloe vera barbadensis to the fullest of Nature's design, measurably at a potency & purity that remains unrivalled.

Yet again Aloeride® outperforms the competition

This is the only <1,800 MeOH PS product we have presented for a Size Exclusion Chromatogram because of their specific claim to immune modulation. TerLab AGSN most certainly does not peak - as they advertise - in the polysaccharide length of the Aloerides (2 x106): factually it has 0% of them, neither does it excel in the Acemannan range but it does score well in the Manpols (4.8 x 105 Da), and where it does peak is only in the smaller Dalton lengths.

Consequently this product is unlikely to give you optimal immunomodulatory action but it will give actions associated with the smallest aloe vera polysaccharide molecules. As regards to all of the 300+ constituents within aloe vera including these polysaccharides, TerLab AGSN's total working ingredients only approximate 25% of what Aloeride® gives you.

The 28 pills (= 1.008L) of Aloeride® give you 4,717.44 MeOHPS, divide that by 1,150 (1L) and you can see that Aloeride® gives you 4.10 x more as well as an unsurpassed (particularly in casu immune modulatory) polysaccharide profile.

Aloeride® is specially developed and will not give you a laxative effect

aloeride

100 vegicaps Aloe Vera 520mg (Leaf extract & raw leaf powder), Vegicaps 99mg, Vegetable Cellulose 89mg, Vegitable Magnesium Stearate 5mg, Vegetable Stearic Acid 5mg. Average pill weight was 492mg; their variability was 7.72% which was satisfactory.

In solution it showed a considerable amount of insoluble sediment (TS 0.914% of which 0.59% sedimentary material). Could one, by taking a high dosage of SOL AVvc, arrive at a figure equivalent MeOHPS that Aloeride® gives you? That is, make up for the fact that Aloeride®'s MeOHPS is 3.6 x higher.

If you take enough of them you can, but you would never get the superior - closest to Nature - polysaccharide profile of Aloeride®. SOLG AVvc's anthraquinone level of 4.17ppm may not evoke laxative effect when taken in comparatively 'equivalent' dosage.

6.09x more working ingedients than a leading aloe vera powder

aloe vera pills

Spray-dried Aloe Vera Barbadensis Leaf Powder, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate. Produced by grinding the entire leaf and thus contains a large amount of insoluble rind constituents.

Out of the stated 470mg/pill only 229mg is soluble aloe constituents, and out of those 229mg only 88mg are in the methanol precipitatable solids category, and being a spray-dried this means that the actual MeOHPS amount is only 44mg/pill. The high Iodine content indicates the presence of amyloses and/or amylopectins of non-aloe origin.

In spray-dried aloe, 50% of which is a matrix, e.g. maltodextrin, required to produce a satisfactory powder, thus the aloe in this product is half aloe and half matrix. Note also that high heat is involved in spray-dried aloe powders which alters the amount of high molecular species molecules.

As the product is composed of entire whole leaf constituents, anthraquinone levels are quite elevated (58) and would be expected to have a laxative action if manufacturer suggested dosage of 1 pill at mealtime (3 meals) is complied with.

Their 100 pills/jar @ 44mg/cps = 4400mg/jar = 4,4gr/jar. For quick comparison their 4,4g x 880 MeOHPS = 3,872 as compared to Aloeride® 's 23,587 (5.04g x 4,680). We give you 6.09x more.

5.08x more working ingredients than a leading aloe vera fluid

aloe vera aloe ride

The fluid of this product was densely opaque and had an increased viscosity. The extremely low MS/TS ratio < 15 indicates the addition of constituents not found in the natural aloe.

This is a hand-filleted aloe which should contain a minimum of 1,000mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids but doesn't. As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice.

Anthraquinone levels are quite elevated (71.4) and would be expected to have a laxative action if manufacturer suggested dosage is complied with. NL AVG LE carries the quality seal of the highly regarded Institut Fresenius.

Their product examination however seems more a public safety issue as opposed to an aloe vera quality analysis per se as is evident from these independent laboratory tests. Aloeride® gives you 5.08 x more working ingredients (MeOHPS in mg/L).

100% pure aloe vera in a small, easy-swallow pill

aloeride aloe vera pills

The majority of aloe vera gel (200:1) are water soluble, if the gel powder was suspended in the oil vehicle, some of the water-soluble materials should be visible in the lipid milieu under microscopic examination. Of this product no fine particulate materials could be seen.

The laboratory commented: containing an indicated equivalent of 12.5 mg/pill, and taking into account the recommended daily dosage of two pills, a maximum of 25mg of aloe would be ingested. This is a miniscule amount of aloe which would be incapable of producing any significant nutritional or physiological effect.

Aloe does contain approx 0.8 g% of lipid materials distributed among carotenoids, fatty acids, plant sterols, flavonoids and lipid soluble vitamins. Even if the entire capsular content contained these nutritional substances, the limited quantities of any one group of lipid materials would be inconsequential as far as nutritional influence would be concerned.

Distilled liquid from aloe vera is no more effective than distilled water

aloe vera myths

The manufacturer states this product to contain 100% fractionally distilled liquid from aloe vera leaves. The laboratory's comment was: in essence this is distilled water, the Total Solids amounted to 0.022% (small amount of condensed volatile sediment) whilst the Methanol-Precipitated Solids with sediment was 0.000%.

At the Integrated Medicine Practice complex homeopathic remedies are used but these are made to German Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia and thus guarantee a good manufacturing process. How well an aloe vera homeopathic dilution might work is utterly dependent on the quality of the mother tincture which relies on both plant quality plus process used.

One remedy has Aloe D2, D10, D30 as part ingredient but in clinic this never works as quickly or as well as Aloeride® does. With WarAVFD 'aloe vera' product there is no official, government supervising body so it is likely that people indeed are paying aloe vera prices for just distilled water and can look forward to little more than a placebo effect.

Freeze dried aloe vera powder simply cannot compete with Aloeride®

aloe vera aloeride

It is very unusual for a freeze dried aloe powder to be strongly Iodine positive, this indicates that the liquid has been adulturated prior to the lyophilisation processing. The strongly positive Iodine test suggests that the actual MeOHPS is approximately half of the value given namely about 1,060 mg/L.

This was a powder sample from an aloe grower, so to come to a figure comparative MeOHPS 'equivalent' of Aloeride® a manufacturer would have to cram 794.72mg of AA 100FDAVP into a pill. But even then you would still not get our unsurpassed polysaccharide profile.

46.8x more working ingredients than spray-dried aloe vera products

aloeride uk

Cru'dhof AC ingredients are [usually printed in order of quantity]: Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate, Aloe Vera 200:1 powder, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide. Their label states 800mg/tablet while the actual mean weight = 636mg. That 636mg powder contained 0.166% of Total Solids i.e. 106mg, so this product contains 60 pills x 106mg = 6.36 grams of aloe vera 200:1 instead of 48 grams.

Hand filleted aloe should contain at least 1000mg/L whilst spray-dried aloe should contain at least 500mg/L methanol precipitated solids. With Iodine negative, this product is a spray-dried product where the matrix used is something other than alpha-linked complex carbohydrates e.g. maltodextrose or starch.

In spray-dried products one divides the above MeOHPS figure in half so as to arrive at the true aloe working ingredient value: here that equates to only 100mg/L working ingredients. Big label claims together with cheap prices always equates to the manufacturer pulling the wool over your eyes. Good quality never comes cheap, it simply isn't possible.

Aloeride® gives you 46.8x more working ingredients.

29.25x more working ingredients than hand-filleted aloe vera juice

buy aloeride

Hand-filleted juice should contain a minimum of 1,000 mg/L of Methanol Precipitated Solids. Spray-dried aloe should contain at least 500mg/L of MeOHPS owing to the dilution with inert matrix.

As you can see, LifeStr BAVJ falls most decidedly short of these figures. Purity ratio also is most disappointing. Besides, as a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice.

Even if you buy 1 pack of Aloeride® and use 1 pill every other day (1 pack then lasts 56 days), you would not only get much better results but you would also keep money in your pocket. Aloeride® gives you 29.25x more working ingredients and this at a similar price to LifeStr BAVJ.

33.43x more working ingredients that a spray-dried powder

buy aloeride uk

Ingredients: spray-dried unspecified variant of Aloe Vera (100% stabilised), preservatives Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Citric acid, Ascorbic acid. Hand filleted aloe should contain a minimum of 1,000mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids.

Spray-dried aloe should contain at least 500mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids owing to the dilution with inert matrix. At 280 this product falls significantly short of that 500 mg/L normal quantity. Note that approximately 50% of spray-dried aloe powders consists of inert matrix required by the liquid powder methodology, so this product real aloe fraction is only some 140 mg/L. A MS/TS ratio < 15 indicates the addition of constituents not found in the natural aloe.

Spray dried aloes normally evoke a high Iodine count, the fact that it didn’t indicates that the matrix used here is other than alpha-linked complex carbohydrates e.g. maltodextrose or starch. High heat is involved in spray-dried aloe powders which alters the amount of high molecular species molecules.

Anthraquinone levels are high (168) and will have a strong laxative effect. This particular product is used worldwide not only by cosmetic industry but also by some aloe vera product manufacturers who claim to sell the best money can buy...

Aloeride® gives you 33,43 x more working ingredients (MeOHPS mg/L).

Aloeride® is highly effective without causing a laxative effect

buy aloeride products

Whole leaf Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller, ascorbic acid, citric acid, natural preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbagable, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice. The TS (4.111%) indicates that this product represents a whole-leaf concentrate of about 4x.

Meaning that their impressive MeOHPS figure will consist of a high percentage smallest polysaccharides because the heat used for concentration degrades the LCPS. SEC measured less % Aloerides and Acemannans than Aloeride®, they do better in the Manapol (4.80 x 104 ) fraction and have the predictably high proportion of smallest Daltons molecules.

With quite elevated anthraquinones at 45.7 (as one concentrates MeOHPS one also concentrates the Aloin fraction) this product would be expected to have a laxative action if manufacturer suggested dosage is complied with. Otherwise HN AGAVJ is a good competitor.

Giving you safe wound healing from the inside out

aloevera aloeride

HN AGSG is a skin gel with ingredients: Aloe barbadensis (organic whole leaf aloe vera), fucus vesiculosus (pacific kelp), chamomilla recutita extract (chamomile), allantoin, mycellised tocopherol (vitamin E), citric acid, potassium sorbate (natural preservative).

It is advertised to have been made from triple concentrated (300%) aloe vera. Every concentrate has an elevated MeOHPS and every concentrate has a lopsided polysaccharide profile with little, that is mostly none of the longest/longer polysaccharide chains and a high fraction of short(est) polysaccharides.

For a skin gel one is interested in anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and superficial wound healing action which is HN AGSG is likely provide. Note that the safest wound healing happens from the inside out.

3.84x more working ingredients than a leading aloe vera product

aloe ride product

Ingredients: Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller Juice (98.927% Pure) Xanthan Gum (stabilizer, thickener and suspending agent), Citric Acid, vitamin C, Guar Gum (emulsifier, thickener, and stabilizer) , Tocopherol (vit E). Country of origin is Spain which does not guarantee frost free farming conditions necessary for growing optimal aloe plants.

Their MS/TS ratio < 15 indicates the addition of constituents not found in the natural aloe. With slightly elevated anthraquinone levels (15.4) higher dosages may induce laxative effect. As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice.

Additives may not be tolerated by sensitive people. The 28 pills (= 1.008L) of Aloeride® give you 4,717.44 MeOHPS, divide that by 1,220 (1L) and you can see that Aloeride® gives you 3.84 x more working ingredients as well as an unsurpassed polysaccharide profile.

To arrive at a figure comparative 'equivalent' of our MeOHPS you would end up with laxative anthraquinone levels (3.84 x 15.4 = 59ppm).

One liquid falls completely flat on working ingredients

aloe vera

This fluid is another aloe vera concentrate. As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice. Their MeOH precipitated solids figure is identical to that of Aloeride® but it is achieved by the process of concentrating [called reducing in cooking].

The consequence of concentrating shows in their Size Exclusion Chromatography profile: at best a marginal presence in all but the shortest of polysaccharide lengths. The potentially very promising MeOH figure is completely - and in concentrates predictably - deflated by what it is actually comprised of.

Whatever the quality of their original aloe vera, processing has reduced it to nearly 96% of the polysaccharide lengths now having the smallest molecular size and many of these will be mere fragments from originally longer chains.

You should only accept the very best aloe vera potency

aloeride potency

Labeled ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tricalcium Phosphate, Maize Starch (iodine positive), Aloe Vera powder in hard pressed tablet form (25mg equivalent to 5000mg [200:1] pure aloe vera gel), Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid. The strongly positive Iodine test indicates the presence of amyloses and/or amylopectins of non-aloe origin.

In spray-dried aloe 50% is an inert matrix, e.g. maltodextrin, required to produce a satisfactory powder, thus the MeOHPS in this product is half aloe and half matrix. High heat is involved in spray-dried aloe powders which alters the amount of high molecular species molecules. This product's true aloe fraction is only some 375 mg/L.

pill variabiliy is satisfactory at 1.96%. Per pill you get 25mg @ 375 mg/L [9.375 for quick comparison] mixed with all the above whilst we provide 180mg @ 4,680 mg/L [842.400 for quick comparison] pure. When you compare pill to pill Aloeride® gives you 89.81 x more by way of pill for pill, and 12.48 x more working ingredients in respect of just aloe vera quality.

Our dosage & potency is based upon advice by the world leading aloe vera expert Dr. Ivan E. Danhof PhD MD in case you mistakingly think Aloeride®'s specification is too high or unnecessarily high. We take the view that only the best is good enough for you, and this is Aloeride®.

17.66x more working ingredients than a 200x spray dried powder

aloe vera pills

Sample Designation: 200x spray-dried Aloe Vera powder. It is unusual for a spray-dried aloe preparation to be Iodine negative; however, the MeOHPS range is approximately one-half a hand-filleted product.

With Iodine negative, this product is a spray-dried product where the matrix used is something other than alpha-linked complex carbohydrates e.g. maltodextrose or starch. In spray-dried products one divides the above MeOHPS figure in half so as to arrive at the true aloe working ingredient value: here that equates to only 265mg/L. Their MS/TS ratio < 15 indicates the addition of constituents not found in the natural aloe.

Aloeride® gives you 17.66 x more working ingredients (MeOHPS in mg/L).

93.6x more working ingredients than an competing aloe vera pill

aloe vera aloe ride

Labeled ingredients: Rice bran flour (iodine positive), pill shell gelatin, unspecified Freeze Dried Aloe Vera powder. The moisture content is very high at 10.66% which invites degradation by bacterial activity. A MS/TS ratio < 15 indicates the addition of constituents not found in the natural aloe.

Hand filleted aloe should contain a minimum of 1,000mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids. Spray-dried aloe should contain at least 500mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids owing to the dilution with inert matrix. At 50 mg/L this product falls hugely short of that 500 mg/L normal quantity for cheaply processed aloe.

Subject their labeled 2000mg/pill to the normal 200:1 ratio and you realise that you get only 10mg of aloe powder in a pill @ 50 mg/L MeOH precipitated solids. There is absolutely nothing 'Hi-Strength' (as labeled) about this product, per pot you get 365 pills full of nothing worth bothering with.

Many aloe products are produced not with your benefit in mind but with you as a source of profit. Aloeride® gives you 93.6x more working ingredients per litre.

One football-shaped pill makes inflated claim to fame !

order aloeride

Big pills may look impressive, as if they are going to give you lots of product, certainly you may get this impression when the label refers to 10,000mg aloe vera. When independent laboratories measure a methanol extraction amount of 10.24 milligram that are the actual working ingredients, you realise that big pills doesn't equal good product. In this case big was just inflated.

This product are football-shaped pills. Ingredients: Soya Bean Oil, pill Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin, colours: Chlorophyll and Titanium Dioxide), Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Aloe Vera Extract, Beeswax, Lecithin. pill variability of 2.08% is within normal limits.

The process of testing this product is slightly different and results in Methanol-Extraction Amount of 10.24mg x factor 5 = 51.20 mg/pill which confirms the label content which states 10,000mg.....and omits to say that there is a 200:1 ratio, the 200 being water and the 1 being aloe vera solids.

Aloeride® uses no fillers, unlike some inferior pills

aloe ride pills

Labeled ingredients: Aloe Vera powder (unspecified species, not all aloes are equally nutritious), Calcium Carbonate, Lecithin, Flaxseed Meal, Calcium Caseinate, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. 60 vegicaps Aloe Vera 300mg, pill variability was satisfactory at 4.28%.

Some 50% of the pill fill has no benefit to offer you. Solubility: considerable insoluble sediment. Hand filleted aloe should contain a minimum of 1,000mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids. Spray-dried aloe should contain at least 500mg/L of MeOH-Precipitable Solids owing to the dilution with inert matrix.

RBC sits right in between, aloes with this MeOH precipitated solids level do not have a particularly good polysaccharide profile. Aloeride® gives you 5.38x more working ingredients (MeOHPS in mg/L).

3.55x more working ingredients than a competing aloe vera liquid

aloeride liquid

This fluid was moderately opaque, as a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice. Anthraquinone levels are a little elevated (8.93) and may cause laxative action if high dosages are consumed. Aloeride® gives you 3.55x more working ingredients.

10.48x more working ingredients than a hand-filleted juice

aloeride capsules

Hand-filleted aloe juice should contain a minimum of 1,000 mg/L, the label states 1364 - 1819 ppm (mg/L). About half of the MeOHPS consists of polysaccharides so the actual amount is less than 450ppm (mg/L). Their label indicates 99.9% aloe, this also is in error as Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate and Citric Acid are indicated as being added to the juice.

The MS/TS ratio < 15 indicates the addition of constituents not found in the natural aloe. As a liquid it has the disadvantage of needing to keep it refrigerated, it is not handbag-able, after opening a liquid has a limited shelf-life and it doesn't taste nice.

The 28 pills (= 1.008L) of Aloeride® give you 4,717.44 MeOHPS in total, divide that by 450 mg/L and you can see that Aloeride® gives you 10.48 x more as well as an unsurpassed polysaccharide distribution.

With no bitter taste and no laxative effects, Aloeride® is superior

aloe ride advantages

Ingredients: Aloe Vera, Cellulose, Hydroxy-propyl-methyl-cellulose. pill variability of 10.06% is at the upper limit of normal. Mean amount per pill 427mg, that is calculated for 4.65% moisture content 407mg per pill. The taste is intensely bitter.

The process of testing this product is slightly different and results in Methanol-Extraction Amount of 30.51mg x factor 5 = 152.55 mg/pill which confirms the label content. Anthraquinone levels are high (145) and would be expected to have a strong laxative action if manufacturer suggested dosage is complied with.

Be careful of products which do not meet their claimed potency

aloeride review

Ingredients: 125mg Active Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller extract (standardized to 10% polysaccharides)#, microcrystalline celulose, magnesium stearate, pill: gelatin. pill variability is 6.08% wihtin normal limits. Taste is salty.

Mean amount per pill is 213mg - pill tare weight is 83mg - which adjusted for 3.6% moisture content equates to a dry content of 205mg/pill. The process of testing this product is slightly different and results in a Methanol-Extraction Amount of 25.6mg x factor 5 = 128mg/pill which confirms the label content.

It is unlikely that the amount of polysaccharides are standardised to 10%. This is most likely based on the fact that on average hand-filleted aloe juice contains polysacccharides (all above 50,000 Daltons) representing 10% of the total solids.

Look out for products that contain more than 50% fillers

Ingredients: due to label damage no information apart from aloe vera extract 200:1, colour yelow-green with small dark green specks possibly representing the rind component of the leaf. pill variability of 4.26% is within normal limits. Taste is very bitter.

Dry content per pill is 608 mg. This product appears to be a spray-dried aloe powder as indicated by the intensely positive Iodine test and a MeOHPS of approximately half of the minimum of 1,000 mg/L expected.

Note that approximately 50% of spray-dried aloe powders consists of inert matrix required by the liquid powder methodology, so this product's true aloe fraction is only some 260mg/L. Anthraquinone levels are high (168) and will have a strong laxative effect.
