Not all aloe vera is the same

aloe vera leaf slicedAs you will know from growing plants at home, they flourish best with good soil, pure water and the right amount of sunshine. Aloe vera is no different. The aloe vera plants which make up Aloeride® aloe vera are grown in ideal, text book conditions, to maximise the amount of working molecules and the spectrum of nutrients in every plant. The aloe vera barbadensis miller plant in Aloeride® is some 95% water. The remaining 5% is where the magic is, the 300 different active nutrients.

Producers of aloe vera products have the choice to take the water out or leave it in. The important thing with this is that this actually doesn’t make a difference to the quality of the active nutrients providing the processing preserves these nutrients. The real difference between good and bad aloe vera is in:

  • The type of aloe vera plant used (aloe vera barbadensis miller is the best)
  • The growing conditions (best sunshine, soil and organic conditions)
  • Freeze drying the leaves at harvest in 2 hours (the Birds Eye effect)
  • Using organic fertilisation and farming methods
  • Care manufacturing a 100% organic product to pharmaceutical standards (ensuring superior quantity as well as full spectrum of nutrients)
  • Consistency of production hard to achieve for a naturally grown product
  • Purity, the gold standard way of measuring purity of aloe vera is the percentage of working ingredients (methanol precipitated solids) within the total product (total solids)

In to date 57 published independent laboratory tests, as part of an ongoing project to look at aloe vera products, Aloeride® is the best on all of the above criteria. The below information is perhaps complex but it is totally glasnost, it demonstrates objectively why in Aloeride® aloe vera reaches its pinnacle of delivery. The interpretation of all this information may look daunting but with a little help from the Aloeride® aloe vera factsheet you too will be able to interpret the ongoing research we do on your behalf.
