Usage

Never listen to the Insight Program while driving. If you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, please consult your physician prior to using binaural beat audio. For binaural beats to work, you must have hearing in both ears (check with your audiologist if you use hearing aids) and use headphones or earphones with a frequency range of 20Hz–18,000Hz or broader.  Of the three tracks, the second track plays the most theta and delta waves (useful to bear in mind if you wish to encourage healing). Switch off ‘Shuffle’ as otherwise your tracks may not play in the recommended sequence!

It is recommended that you only listen to track 1 (is called Voyage: from Beta state through the Alpha and Theta states into a deeply relaxed, meditative Delta state) 1x/day for the first 7-10 days. This will give your mind a chance to gradually ease into using the brainwave technology. After 7-10 days you can continue to use only this first track on its own each day, or you can begin to use more than one track per day if you desire a longer listening session. Always begin your listening session by first listening to track 1 (Voyage) since this track guides your mind from its current alert waking state into a deep Delta state. Track 2 is called Odyssey: deep Delta state to deeper Low Delta state. Track 3 is called Discovery: Delta state mostly and back through Theta into Alpha state. Possible track combinations are:
