Danhof MD PhD – whom I had met at American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine conferences in 2018 and 2000 – on a quest to make my own aloe vera product to ultimate standards possible. The processing method used for Aloeride is co-designed by Dr Danhof. If he deems this the best way to do it, then, in my view, who is qualified to disagree? Han van de Braak is a retired Chartered and State Registered Physiotherapist, Registered Acupuncturist and Naturopath who has a special interest in the biochemistry and physiology of nutrition. In clinic since July 1981, his last NHS appointment was Superintendent at Northampton General Hospital (NGH) Rheumatology & Rehabilitation Out-Patients Department. He was the first NGH clinician to provide osteopathic manipulations. At NGH he also was seconded to the Pain Clinic. He started his private Practice in 1986 to escape the clinical limitations the NHS imposed at that time. It grew to 5,600 patients being registered at time of retirement from full-time clinical work. His clinical perspective is what underpins this website.

Finally, what does our name Santé Franglais mean? Santé is the French word for health while Franglais refers to the amusing hybridisation of the English and French language. Sahib is an Anglophile whilst Memsahib is a Francophile… Aloeride was named after an immunomodulating molecule in aloe vera that was discovered in 2004, the name turned out to be serendipitous for our Aloe Vera for Horses.
